I'm a health care aide at BSF for the last 11 years. I'm currently in the Practical Nurse Program. I would like to further my education so I can start a new role and learn new things. The employee education fund helped me to be able to take this program now instead of waiting to be able to afford it alone. I'll be able to finish school sooner and advance in my career. I love that BSF has options for staff who want to get more education and they are very supportive.
