How You Can Help

It’s easy to get involved! Here are some ways you can make a difference:

Social Media: Stay tuned on BSF’s Social Media accounts during the month of November as we share information and resources about preventing family violence, support and resources, and more. Sharing this information with your networks is a great way to raise awareness! We’ve also included some social media graphics and posts below that you can use if you would like to share on your social platforms and with your networks.

Spread the Word: Tell friends, family, and colleagues about Family Violence Prevention Month, and encourage them to share too! The Government of Alberta has also created a poster that you can place in your workplace, community, etc. to help raise awareness.

Donate or Fundraise: Your support, no matter the amount, goes directly to helping Heart Home Network and the women and children we serve as they escape domestic violence and transition into living stable, secure lives in the community.
